PRACTICAL KARATE

Jitsugi translates as "practical", and this is the ethos of our Karate-based martial arts club. Using Karate as a foundation and incorporating elements from other martial arts, we teach techniques that can be applied in real-world self defence and combat sport situations.

About us

Our lead instructor has more than 30 years of experience practicing and teaching across multiple disciplines.

Jitsugi Martial Arts brings this knowledge together to teach practical Karate for self-defence, fitness, and mental wellbeing.

Our welcoming, structured classes, combine pad drills, technical training, cardio workouts, self-defence techniques, and sparring, in a safe environment.

Regular training helps children, teens, and adults build strength and confidence on and off the mats.

Everybody is welcome and no prior experience is needed.

Check out our Facebook page for regular updates.
